Air Tech Solutions is a locally owned New England company providing professional exterior cleaning, ventilation, and air quality services since 2012. We specialize in servicing commercial multi-family properties, including apartment buildings, condominiums, and townhome communities.
We own and operate all of our equipment, allowing us to efficiently service large and complex properties. Our capabilities include industrial soft washing systems, high-capacity air compressors, boom lifts, and rope access equipment, enabling our team to safely and effectively reach challenging areas and building exteriors. This self-sufficiency allows us to remain responsive, flexible, and thorough on every project.
