What soft washing is (and why it’s different)
Soft washing is a low-pressure method that uses professionally applied cleaning solutions to break down organic growth and surface contaminants, followed by a controlled rinse. This approach is often preferred when surfaces are sensitive or when higher pressure could cause unwanted effects (like forcing water where it shouldn’t go or leaving uneven visual results).

What we can soft wash
Scope depends on your building materials and access, but commercial soft washing is commonly used on:
• Building façades where organic growth is visible
• Exterior common-area surfaces exposed to shade and moisture
• Garage exteriors and other large exterior surfaces that collect buildup over time

We plan the approach to match what you’re maintaining—because “cleaning effectiveness” depends on surface material, age, condition, and the severity of staining or organic growth. Some stains may not fully disappear without different methods, and we’ll set expectations clearly during scoping.

Equipment and access for complex properties
Large properties often require more than a hose and a ladder. We own and operate specialized equipment that supports efficient service on large and complex sites. When needed, access planning may involve boom lifts or rope access so we can safely and effectively reach higher elevations and difficult areas.

Coordination and disruption control
Soft washing projects are staged to reduce disruption. We coordinate with property management on water availability, occupant notifications (as needed), and protection of sensitive areas. If certain sections can’t be accessed safely at time of service, those areas are documented and excluded rather than rushed.
