Siding, roofing, and finished surfaces can be damaged by high-pressure washing. Soft washing uses low pressure and the right cleaning solutions instead, so your building gets clean without the wear and tear.

1. Walkthrough. We assess the surfaces, identify problem areas like algae or staining, and note anything that needs extra care or protection.
2. Surface prep. We protect landscaping, fixtures, and nearby surfaces that should not be sprayed.
3. Solution application. We apply a cleaning solution at low pressure that breaks down dirt, algae, mold, and mildew at the root.
4. Dwell time. We let the solution sit for a few minutes so it can do the work, rather than relying on force.
