Air Tech Solutions provides commercial sealing services to help property managers protect building exteriors, reduce preventable water intrusion, and support more consistent building performance. We work with commercial properties only, including commercial multi-family communities.

Exclusions and expectations
If any area cannot be accessed or safely serviced at the scheduled time, it is documented and excluded. Repairs, modifications, or code corrections outside the approved sealing scope are not performed unless separately authorized in writing.
